IP-TV Player

A program for convenient viewing of IP television. The program allows you to watch open (unencrypted) streams via HTTP, UDP-multicast, etc., with partial support for TV tuners through WDM drivers. It offers individual channel settings, the ability to record streams to a file, and an OSD (on-screen display) showing volume, channel name, and recording status. You can view a channel list directly in the video window and control video playback via keyboard shortcuts. IP-TV Player also supports TV guides in JTV format, with automatic download, unpacking, mapping, and export to HTML. It includes a scheduler for recording or viewing and allows background recording of multiple channels (subject to limitations imposed by your provider on the number of simultaneous channels). IPTV service must be provided by your internet provider—the company that installed your Ethernet cable or ADSL modem. If your provider does not offer this service, IP-TV Player is not needed. IP-TV Player is recommended as a more convenient interface compared to VideoLAN VLC and is also suggested for providers as a ready-made solution for users, allowing installation and automatic configuration in just a few clicks.
